Out Little Boy isn't so Little Anymore

Its Align Leftbeen awhile sice I have done an update on Carson and since he is 20 months today I thought no time is better than now.

A few things about Carson:

As you all know Carson is a very active boy and most people have a hard time keeping up with him for more than a few minutes. I am very blessed to get to stay at home with him therefore my energy level has grown with him. Hanging with a 1 year old is harder than going to the gym. ha-ha A few new things he loves to do is jump and spin in circles. Sometimes he spins so much he makes himself sick or jumps so high be land on his bum, but it always brings a smile to his face. Oh ya and of course he learned to crawl out of his crib, little stinker, so we converted it to the daybed. It is working well so far. He wears himself out so much during the day that he usually takes a 3 1/2 hour nap and then sleeps at least 12 hours at night. He loves when his Daddy comes home from work. Anytime he hears a car door shut, throughout the day, he looks at me and says "Da' then runs over to the window to look and wait. At times when I tell him "no its not dad" he gets very upset and cries. Breaks my little heart. He is saying about 25 words however it is on his own time and usually only in front of Brison and I. All in all he is doing great, keeps us busy, and we feel very blessed to have him as out son.

Splish Splash

One of these days I will bee able to contain Carson for a few minutes so I can get some professional pictures of him. I guess I need to look for something he can climb, bounce, or balance on and I would be in luck. Until then, enjoy him in the bath.

Best $10 Investment

In the past few years I have been having an issue with growing my garden and most important my tomatoes plants. I’m not sure if it is because we live in a place that has a lot of alkali dirt or the mass amounts of bugs, so this year I decided to try those Topsy Turvy upside-down tomato plant holder. What a hit that was. My tomato plants are amazing. I just cant wait till I can start eating fresh tomatoes everyday.

Our New Addition to the Family

Brison has a problem with going to a store and only getting what is on the "list," so he always end up coming home with whatever struck his eye. In the case of our new addition it just so happens to be a rabbit. I sent him into Murdock, to get dog food, and out he comes with a bunny for Carson. She is a sweet bunny and Carson loves her, so I guess it wasn't as bad as some of things he brings home.

Welcoming Thumper (Brison named her since I got to name our last addition, Carson)
